Click image for larger version Name:	IMG_7094.JPG Views:	0 Size:	128.6 KB ID:	110493Ran into another snag with the windshield frame so this unit was only mocked up in preparation for its next stop with someone who knows what their doing at CPR in Fallbrook Ca. But its first stop from here was to Autos international for some interior and canvas top adjustment.

Thanks again for checking in with this project and for all the great words of encouragement along the way. More updates to follow.

        • First update since it left:

A couple of shots after its first stop over at Autos international for some upholstery.
Click image for larger version Name:	dati2.jpg Views:	0 Size:	334.9 KB ID:	110500 Lower dash trim and eyebrow installed along with some carpet and door panels.
Click image for larger version Name:	dati.jpg Views:	0 Size:	471.8 KB ID:	110501 What a difference some upholstery makes.
Click image for larger version Name:	dcpr2.jpg Views:	0 Size:	260.1 KB ID:	110502 Once Autos was finished with their part it went over to California Porsche Restorations to address the windshield frame issues.
Click image for larger version Name:	dcpr.jpg Views:	0 Size:	382.7 KB ID:	110503Their man from the Quality control department (sign on the door) having a look at it.

More progress shots as I receive them.

          Thanks for checking back here!

Thanks Roy, did the best that I could.

          • Well its been a few years, hard to believe its been that long already but I finally received an update on this car. Since the last time I saw it, it had already passed through a couple of new owners. Its current owner got in touch with me and just so happens to live in Henderson part time...Small world! I told him that I never saw the car fully complete and dressed and would love to see a shot or two of it. Several weeks later he did better than that by driving it over for a visit.
Click image for larger version Name:	IMG_1601.jpg Views:	0 Size:	246.1 KB ID:	114889 Initial inspection in the parking lot. Invited my buddy Bart who is also a huge Porsche enthusiast over as I thought he'd like to see it as well. That's him in the white T-shirt talking it over with 17's current custodian.

Then asked if we could drive it up to the park for a better series of shots. Here are the rest of the shots I took of it:

Doesn't happen by accident, that's for sure.
