Hi Steve,
Just a heads-up.... your telephone number for Big Lake Media as printed on the book order form from your website is (775)691-1217. So you might want to correct this to (775) 691-2217.
Please let me know the status of your fax machine when you have time.
Thanks.

Speaking of books,.. I have a series of large, heavy Christophorus books,... Series 60, Series 70, series 80 etc. Each seems to be for a range of years. About 1.25" thick,... red, hard cover.
Are these sought after? Did they originally have dust jackets?
I can't seem to find much on them. Only the monthly paper-back stuff.

Hey Stuart, Those series of books certainly have a market and degree of collectability but as with any collectable paper item its going to depend almost entirely on their condition. Moisture damage, tears, frayed page and cover corners etc.
They are in fantastic shape. I'd almost call them mint,.. but I'm not a book expert,.. and I'm sure there is a very stringent criteria for that. The last one has some abrasions at the bottom of the front edge.
The books have a few blank sheets of heavy paper that are off-white,.. but the pages of the magazines inside are bright white and pristine. The bindings are excellent.
But they don't have dust jackets. Was wondering if they were supposed to.
Series 50, 60, 70, and 80.
The years 1964 - 1970.

Well---assuming you ordered from D-K---I believe they are now filing orders.
New news to me today is that Porsche and D-K store books at another company and ship to vendors/resellers from their. (I do not know where D-K ships from to retail customers--maybe the same place/company).
That said, I'm now told as well that books are at Porsche and some time next week will go on sale at the Museum shop.
Unfortunately, I now expect books to arrive for me to sell/distribute late next week. I had hoped for this week (actually, I had hoped for last month).
