              Neil,

You make everything you do look so easy! I really like your attitude and the way you work.

              Great thread

Long ago on this thread, I offered some pictures of a '52 that came to me. It was devoid of most parts, so it was decided to become a '52-ish looking IRS, 5-speed, disc brake, big motor "sleeper."

It got a custom tunnel and narrowed inner longitudinals so power seats from a GT3 would fit....and a shortened 912 donor rear engine bay.

The shell was 'weak' to put it mildly. I got it to primer and a roller (with a Massive IV VW engine in it, but not running) and it suddenly had to be shipped to Australia....where I suppose it was finished. Maybe not. I never heard anything more, good or bad.

Anyway, I'll post 4 pictures and follow those with a few more.

                        Bruce,
Nice photos, I wonder indeed what happened to it? I posted these once before but below my 1952 RHD !!! coupe chassis 11789 engine P30988.

Should have kept it, still have some minor parts to remind me, the rest of it I guess was melted down.( it ran and was savable for sure)

Impressive wooden buck and metal forming Neil, You are on a other level!
Thanks for showing us some of your declassified stuff.

Bruce, do you have any shots of that car finished?

not much to report but I have took the floors to work and spot welded them together, also spotted the centre tunnel on too so now it goes in all together, had to plug the centre few as the arms didn't reach but I'm happy with that
