After going through the service list, it is very difficult to put a date on it. The only assumption I can make is that all the cars entered above the 550-007 listing came in to the factory before Annie's car. Based on the owners and lining up their races when they owned the cars, Josef Jeser's first race in 550-0016 was on 14th April 1955. Alexandre Gacon's last race in 550-0025 was 14th May 1955.
So these dates are around the same time of the 12 h Hyeres race.
The thing that confuses me is the number of Kms on each car. Jeser's car had 11,200km which is a massive amount, although it was used as a Works car before Jeser - that is a lot of Kms from when it was built on 20-1-55.
Annie's car had 19,638km on it - that also is a lot of racing!
The list includes 550-0045 which was built in June 55, but not owned by Gert Kaiser until 7 August 1955.
The other thing interesting on the list is Theo Helfrich with 550-0035. You have him listed in the book driving 550-0036 - which is correct??
