    • The new door skin and the cowl/fender section are just beautiful Neil! The shapes look spot on. BTW are you getting any requests to build panels?
Thank you for sharing your amazing work once again!

clamped the nose panel to the rain channel at the nose to get an idea of it's true width, as it's been a long time since it's had a nose panel on it

i had a delivery been looking for some good headlight buckets as i've read some are good and some are... well not good lol

they look great quality and can't wait to weld them in the nose panel. i'll be re-reading the details that you wrote justin when you fitted them in the coupe-speedster conversion

                    • Neil

You build the car basically from scratch by hand then you go and buy headlight buckets. Don't be selfish. Send them back and show us how to make them by hand.

When its finished people will point to those repros and laugh.

                    • well it's been a while since i updated this comedy of errors lol, as usual i made another engine lid frame

i like this frame much better, i made a tool to flare the holes.

                      • also made some more progress on the outer panels

this is the 4th 1/4 panel i've made for this side along with the second attempt to get the rear window opening right. converting from bt6 to pre-a is no easy feat, but the end is getting closer.

                        thanks for watching

hi john, i've not fitted them at the moment, i have made the flange so i can cut the holes for them and weld in the flange though. i was going to fit them while the front is fitted on the buck, but i decided it may be better to fit them while the car is on the ground.
