I really dig that one too, Craig! I guess the one that gets me is this slightly later style, with John Phillips (??? Mamas and the Papas, wearing his signature hat) in the drivers seat. The motel looks a lot like somewhere between Newport Beach and San Clemente circa '63. Maybe Malibu to Santa Monica. I just can't figure out why Jay Leno is wearing that ridiculous blond bouffant wig in the passenger seat

Agree Bill, Nomads are cool! I find myself more partial to the 55,56 style as above rather than the '57 version though.

Interesting rat-rod BTW! Someone built a sort of tank-belly style roadster all from mainly an old Ford truck hood. Cool!
