The Registry has done everything it can to delay getting to the substance of the matters. Please read the filings.
And----you really think they want binding arbitration?
Why did they not pick up on the idea ofTom Coughlin?
As to the lawyers doing this---mandatory settlement stuff will come much later. In terms of attempting to settle, there have been several attempts by me. See much earlier posts here.
Seems to me that mediation by those familiar with the Registry would be useful as they are much more likely to understand the issues.
All, no where does my suggestion say it all has to be worked out by Sunday. All "they" need to do is to publically accept the idea and we can work with lawyers to get it set.
