        • I received a phone call today from Matthew Wright, who very kindly explained how he and Adam are trying to remain neutral in the lawsuit dispute, and after hearing what Matthew had to say, I must admit that I respect their judgment call on the issue.

I apologize for my snarky comments earlier in response to Adam. It's too bad that the Registry is putting people in the position of having to choose sides.

If I were a Registry trustee, I'd be worried that maybe Steve might amend his RICO suit to include all those phony elections in which the trustees repeatedly re-elected themselves by beating down anybody who tried to run against them, denying members their free speech rights on the forum, kicking members out of the club when they objected to anything and spreading disinformation to the membership.

            Thanks much! Yes, sorry, Bill.

So, I must get a T-shirt made. Bill, where did you get "Inimical" done?

HEY! not so fast Steve. Didn't we have a deal? I am now publicly humilated at now being Numero Dos????? Oh the shame.

Surfer 71 is right that we've kind of gone astray here, but, I'm going to continue being part of the problem instead of the solution. Sorry. Well, not really. For the record, as the #2 ass---- please know that Jack Staggs is the guy in the ORANGE shirt and is most definitely NOT the #2 (or even #1). Jack and I even received comments, not necessarily complimentary on our not so complementary color combination. [I demand the pedant of the year award for that one.]

I am working on creation of a perpetual trophy for presentation to the person most deserving of designation as the #1 ass---- on (or in your case Steve, off) the Forum . I plan, naturally, as a former holder of the title, to bestow the award in my sole discretion.

I will consider nominations directed to me in person, by telephone, or by email to: MondoKook-NumeroUno@yahoo.com. Members of the prestigious and prominent law firm, White, Bender, Murray, Wojcik, Skirmants, Maltby, Ringling Brothers, Barnum and Bailey are each entitled to as many nominations as they wish as my personal concession to cumulative voting.

Oh, the Inimical Shirt. So far I have not found the receipt and cannot remember the name of the place I got it but sort of remember where (on Agoura Road about 15 minutes from Rosemary's stylish beach house). I'll happily order some more and will post instructions for your own personal orders when I know a little more.

I will later post information on how YOU, each of you, can acquire, while they last, a "Crash With Pride" T shirt.

Incidentally, Trustafarian and The Inimicals would be a great name for a rock band.

            • Bill,

              OK, OK.

As the original #1, you have the perpetual trophy to be passed along as you decide.

              Pick me. Pick me!

              • I'm trying to stay clear and let you guys do your thing but its turning into a feeding frenzy. Sorry Joel but I needed to deleted those personal search links. I understand the point you're making but I'd prefer not to have it here at the click of a mouse. If someone wants that info let them search for it on their own. Thanks for your understanding.

                  • Upon Mike Doyle's entirely reasonable request I removed the quoted re-posting of the shocking picture of Jack Staggs and me.

Yes, I know we're screwing around - life cannot all be balance sheets and heart surgery. If anyone is interested, I'm guessing the shirts would be about $12 each plus about $6 to mail priority if anybody wants one. I'll remove this post entirely in due course, but, some folks DID want the t shirt. I DO like it.

EMAIL OR PHONE REQUESTS ONLY - PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND ON THIS THREAD.

                    • While I am wasting everyone's time with T shirts, I just remembered that I have a few Crash With Pride T shirts. I donated quite a few to the 2012 Georgia gathering. In looking back I can report that George Dunn bought one in 2008.

I have 10 large and a few X Large. They were my first and last venture into retailing. It still pisses Rosemary off when she sees the new ones although she regularly wears hers trying to reduce all the $ we spent. They are on first rate T shirts, on the front. If you want one shipping is probably going to cost me about $6. If you want one I'll send it for the priority mail postage ($6). Contributions to the charity of your choice are encouraged. I'll take this down shortly since it really is off topic.

RESPOND BY EMAIL TO: MondoKook-NumeroUno@yahoo.com only, or by phone. DON'T ORDER ON THIS FORUM PLEASE. i've caused enough trouble

                      • Alex Mestas just asked the trustees or someone to post all the court documents. They're certainly available for free for the STATE CASE and I'd rather not go through the procedure to obtain them again but Brian O'Kelly aka Lost Hills Guy posted them here: http://www.abcgt.com/forum/13-Open-Topic-Forum/7892-How-to-access-the-356-Resistry-law-suit-documents.html (second post down at the moment).

I think, in my clearly biased opinion, that what I have recited on the FAQ is factually accurate. This FAQ is literally the first one I have ever written, so critiques are welcome. Send them to me on this email: Mondokook-ABCGT356FAQ@yahoo.com. Those with other email addresses for me feel free to use them.

Well stated. I'll leave it at that upon reflection.

                            • Regarding my 12382 post on page 38----I remain hopeful that Mr. Dunn will call or post a response. I believe that we can easily resolve what some have misunderstood. Then all can agree to focus on actual issues and facts.

                              George???

                              • I finally got my suddenly-sick wife into bed and cleaned the plastic trashcan that had been pressed into service otherwise and then checked here. Any more clean-up needed here after the party I missed? Looks like 'something she ate' or a virus...but how about here? I see the bouncer had to step in, too.

                                Sloppy.

When someone posts here that it looks like a Registry Forum thread here, we know it's time to go sleep it off.

Wow.....infighting on a site that's being charitable about the Registry discussion that's unwelcome anywhere else?

I won't apologize for scolding, I'll absorb the hit like I have always done for friends...just to keep the whole package intact. Long ago, my best friend's wife called to ask if she could borrow my son's outgrown playpen. I said "sure, I'll bring it over." The door was open when I got there, I saw pieces of broken plates imbedded in the kitchen walls, food splattered everywhere, chairs knocked over and no one visible. They had locked themselves in separate bedrooms and the kids in another, the playpen already there was indeed, broken during the fight. I finally got them together and went off on that couple and they began to yell at me. Soon, they were fine and I was the bad guy, so I knew I had done my job. So.....

Any shills or ringers get that started here so we lose that privilege or can we get so wound up that we get tossed on our own? And don't bother with the "Aw, dad, we were just having fun..."

Anyone want to state why 'we' are still hashing out the Registry's latest and forgetting that "He who angers me, controls me"?

Do we see the worst being brought out "over there" by escalating comments that are against their own rules? Is that what we look like here?

I'd say yes, without rules, we were doing pretty well here, then some Kool-Aid from over there must have been smuggled in...and so it goes.

The moderator, who also happens to be our host, had to step in. Bad form. Very uncool.

                                Shift gears;

Attempts at diplomacy will only go so far and I'll give credit to Steve for trying but willing to bet the result will be ignored like everything else tried in the past...by anyone....within about the last 6 years. It is to the point that the kids in that other gang 'just don't wanna' back down. They are willing to risk their own playpen. It was clear years ago and nothing has changed. A few faces have and I'd feel sorry for them if they spoke up and didn't let the lifers rule the roost, but it's always been 'guilt by association.' I have always been amazed that good guys (no women..yet) became trustees and a change occurred soon after. They seem to morph into another personality when they step behind that heavy cloaking curtain. Occasionally, I'd hear Tales from Beyond from those who survived the experience, but usually it was like they suffered from PTSD or PTSS and were quiet, withdrawn, didn't want to talk about the experience. I had friends who came back from 'Nam like that, but this is a car club. Makes one wonder, doesn't it?
