Funny, Chuck Stoddard in the helmet reminds me of Telly Sivalis (spelling?) AKA "Kojac." So many local to me...Penske, Donohue, Hanna, Holbert, etc.

That is without doubt Innes Ireland and he is holding his own helmet, and by the way, that's Juan Manuel Fangio standing to Stirling's right in the pic. Could that be Dan Gurney lower right with the white helmet partially visible?

Jean Behra checkered helmet black squares are alone on a fully white helmet



Ines Ireland also wear a checkered helmet but on his helmet the black squares are linked by a black line as the helmet on the pic
But the large black line sharing in two over the helmet is not apparent

If you are right it is not Sebring 1959 as Ines Ireland did not race it
