    • I think that license plate belongs to a guy who has owned the car for a long time. I remember seeing it at Steve's RCC. I also saw it later that day on the freeway! Heading south on the 101 back to Los Angeles around dusk. Man those things are small and low, especially amongst regular traffic.

No wind wing and I think it was silver.

        • Could very well be that one too. Definitely a California blue license plate. Had all the signs of a long-term-owner car.

          • Guys,

I think (without looking up all the old PRCC records)that this is our recent discussion favorite: 550-0088.

            • Might have previously posted this but perhaps it's this one ?
Very original car with an incredible number plate. My favorite

                • 550-0090 is the only unrestored one I know of.

                  • I think 550-0090 is the only spyder that has never been repaired. There are many spyders that have not been restored like 0088 and 0039...

                    • Well...it is kind of a fine line between repair and restore in many cases. Let's agree that 0090 is the least "touched".

                      • I should add that, this was difficult commentary for the book. There is---restored, refurbished, reconfigured, re-bodied, swapped bodies, etc. Not easily understood for obvious reasons.

                        • I don't think many other models have the same problem as 550s! I think the correct term for 550-0090 is 'most original'
