The results of these 3 sales were anxiously awaited by the car collection market in order to see what was the prices tendancy
RM Sothebys total sale amounted 27.6 Million Euros with 78 % of the offered cars sold which is a not too bad result but if most of the cars reached their reserve price, this price was at the low end of the estimation
Also the star of the sale the Porsche 917/10 did not reach her reserve price at 4.6 Million euros and was a no sale

For those who don't know Paris, the Grand Palais is located on the right bank of the Seine river, when the Invalides where RM Sothebys had their sale is exactly in front on the left bank of the Seine
This sale did not had the expected success with a total sales of 12.4 Million Euros and around 70 % off the offered cars sold
According to the expert the reasons for this is that a large cars of the cars for sale were Porsches which prevented possible buyers for other make, to attend this sale
