I always wonder where half of these lost Spyders are. I was amazed to see some photos today of Jean Pierre Kunstle's 550-0069 hidden in a shipping container in sunny CA...
I had never noticed how the front of that car resembles the T5/6 356 roadster. I wonder if Porsche took design elements from that for the later cars? Thanks to you guys for posting the pix.

Great photos and details you guys, Thanks! It might very well had been an inspiration for the later T5's Jack. Trevor I never realized what a big Glocker fan you are? Steve Hogue's project really made an impression on you I take it. Thanks again! Justin
Actually Justin it was Glockler #3 that I saw at Dana Point 5 years or so ago that knocked me off my feet. Although seeing Steve's Glockler #2 clone project certainly helped stoke the fire.
