          • Sweet. Like seeing someone else doing the two/three tone thing. Could have been ordered from the factory and is a great way to step out of the box with your tub. I'm waiting to see a blue/tan/oatmeal combination in a black. brown,
or mustard colored tub. Go for it. It's your car and you'd be surprised at the positive reception something done tastefully that could have been requested, or constructed back in the day will be received. I call them ' In Laws ', modified within the parameters observed back in the day.

            • Beautiful!
              Love the two tone interior.
I didn't have the guts to do it on my own car - just like the orange paint job. There, I said it!

              • If the car above was mine, I'd have done the metal part of the dash in the same tan tone of the panels. Would be easy with a rattle can. Wonder if the firewall panel is black, tan or both ?

Don Rutherford has an orange coupe with (I think) MacAfee wheels. It's sweet! I also saw an orange Speedster at the Dana Point Concourse about 5 years ago. The owner was really a nice guy and even had a copy of his Kardex in the driver's side window. Color was listed as orange.

As far as the firewall of the car I posted I think black, but next time he's at the shop I'll grab a pic.

I've got to correct myself, the firewall is tan. Craig and I were talking with the owner today and besides the design aspect of it being tan, he felt that the firewall soaks up the sun when black from the back window so he went with tan. Another functionality item is the black door pockets, exactly where your foot would rub, so better to have them black instead of tan.
