Jordy, Thanks for sharing these build photos! Your donor pan is one of the most rust-free examples I've seen. Was there any rust repair required?

Nice! What did you seal this up with, POR15?
Standard VW gear box; anything special in there like a limited slip differential? Thanks for sharing this build! Justin

Nice looking Chassis Jordy! Is that an EMPI front disc brake kit? So you're staying with drums on the rear then? Keep up the great work!
                      Justin

BTW: don't forget to hit the "insert" button on each of your photos attachments so they will display large in your post. Place the curser in the text box and hit the Insert button where you would like that particular photo to be displayed. Even between existing text.
                      Thanks again!

WOW, Jordy! I think a lot of guys might think that building a replica is a quick and easy deal but by your last set of photos I came to realize that this too is quite the undertaking and there is a lot to do! My mind started running off a superficial list including, closing panel hinging and alignment, windows, tracks and frames, door latches, tail lights, all the finishing detail in the threshold area, the dash, etc, etc. my mind could go on... (You have a lot to do my friend) Especially when you begin sweating the details, those can eat up sessions quickly. Nice work and looking forward to the next installment.
                            Justin
BTW: is that a 356B/C rear seat pan I see in the back of this car?

I think it is a 356B/C real seat pan back in my Outlaw.
