As far as our favorite make, 2018 was not an exceptionnal year with no tremendous Porsche on display on major merchants stands
No 550 spyder
No Abarth Carrera GTL etc
Only some beautiful and rare 356 and 911 as on the Serge Heitz stand who was offering for sale 8 off 356 and 4 911 including 2 off 2.7 RS
not far from the stand of the organisers of the 2018 Carrera Panalericana historical race, in Paris to promote their race and also to encourage some French to enter
As usual the largest European car brokers had huge stands
The Swiss Lukas Huhni specialist in Ferrari, Bugatti and Rolls Royce had in addition of more than 20 cars for sale an exceptionnal display of 12 off Ferrari 250 Tour de France SWB Berlinetta
Really exceptionnal knowing that only 167 were built and raced
Another German broker Axel Schuette had amongst several interesting cars a 1957 356 GT Carrera for sale
Movendi another Swiss broker was presenting a pre war BMW 328 a car who was also intensively raced just after the 2nd WW and being one of the most efficient Porsche competitor
but several Classic including the ex Paul Newman 300 SL Gullwings
This Jaguar D type continuation has nothing to see with the 9 off XKSS built and fully sold in 2017 to replace the original ones destroyed in the fire in the factory
Another interesting display was the 22 off Abarth of the Engelberth Moll (a Swiss ex-Abarth pilot who had to stop his driving carreer after a serious crash and has accumulated all kind of Abarth
Unfortunately Engelberth Moll collection do not include one of the 2O Porsche Abarh Carrera GT built in 1960 bur one of the few Simca Abarth who have followed
