You guys are lucky to have events like that in your area. It's hard to get five 356s together at one time by me. Even at the Hershey swap there were only half a dozen entered in the show. Wish I could attend some of these but going across the country isn't in the cards.
Nice pics. It seems that the racing/outlaw look is spreading as more & more owners are doing it. Any info on the silver car with the #8 on it?Mic

Outlaws... some years there only a few and other years much more. This year more. I loved the silver one with orange stripes and wheels, it was owned by a woman, Yolanda. You can see more pics of it under the FB page for the SoCal 356 Club. I also liked the dark blue with lighter blue stripes, classy. I think it was Bob Campbell's. The silver #8 was a Devin, 1958 if I remember correctly. The Beutler was also cool, one of only 7 ever made with a Porsche chassis.
There were also three cars that I saw running Polo motors.trevorcgates@gmail.com

I like the look of the Devin so I read up on it. Wouldn't it be considered a kit car? Or is it something special? From what I gather Devin built numerous cars & used other drivetrains as well but mostly you would buy a roller & finish it yourself.Mic
