WOW! I'll bet the guys who chopped and built this truck( probably late 80's early 90's by the style) never imagined it would find its way back out into a field, falling into decay yet again.

WOW, The pickens sure are slim at the junkyard these days huh? Nothing like in some of these old photos that's for sure. My girlfriend would have the exact same reaction; that's their job.
Did you really buy it? I immediately thought of the movie "Corvette Summer" when I saw your photos...

Hey Justin - No I didn't buy it, I'll stick with old Caddy's and 356's. I was thinking of dragging it out though and making a roller out of it and selling it at the Pomona swapmeet to a drag racer. I just hate to see something that old and cool die, but how many others have passed it up for it to end up there? We're about the same age, I remember Corvette Summer as well.
