Hi All-
Thanks for all of the superb photos -- I'm already drooling!

I'm just starting on my outlaw build, which it going to be a 356A Carrera GT tribute with a 911-4 cylinder motor and independent rear suspension.

I just got this Carrera oil tank that was made by Thomas Tate from the 356 registry -- should be a great piece.

I've got lots of great parts for my 1956 356A-I'll put up a post with a few photos on my car -- and the powerplant! I've actually got a Chuck Beck 911-4 -- one of the first ever made by him, pre-Polo!

A buddy just sent me this photo... T6 twin grille lid converted to single A/BT5 GT style. Note the remaining stock T6 louver grating under the centered grille opening. Like to see what it looks like on a car...

Made stainless screen assemblies to replace the OEM horn grills. The install using the original screws in the original location.

Ashley, Those are really slick, I love the mesh screen look in there and the pocket shape is a really nice detail. You did a great job on those! I can definitely see you generating interest. I need an A-car version..

Thanks Justin. Is the A flat in the area where the grill is? The C is compound curves in that area and the corners of the grill are different radius making it a little work.

The A's are basically flat in profile but I do like that flanged perimeter you put on yours.

Thanks. The perimeter is made from stainless welding rod. The stainless screen is silver soldered on. The A looks like it would be much easier to do.

Ashley, are you willing to make more? I am working on my brother-in-law's T5 mild outlaw right now, and was planning to make something similar, but your work is better than what I would probably end up with, and I wouldn't have to re-invent the wheel...
