Andrew/All,
Despite the fact that the book is printed, we continue to work on lingering issues (like the Abarth body builder question mentioned earlier and more). As it relates to this thread---we have continued to work on the 550-05 and 550-07 questions. Identification of these two cars is complicated by differing accounts of whether or not 550-05 came back from Brazil or not as well as the much discussed 550-07 with a new 043 chassis.
So---now--get your stickies out for a page in the the book. Two races we argued as 550-07, we now now agree were 550-05.
What is important to me is that we get it correct. When an error is determined, we want it noted and fixed.
With perhaps 200,000 data points, I'm thinking that we likley may have missed a few more. The book clearly says that none of the information is guaranteed, of course,
And, if you find 550-05...call me first.
So, stay tuned to this channel for two changes in the 7,900 race list.

Hi Gerard,
had another look at this and from the contrasting colours, it will be blue, white darts and creme interior. Highly likely to be 550-0027 which was a Sonauto Spyder. It would have to be at least March 1955
