Brigitte Bardot got married with Roger Vadim at 18 in 1952
At that time he was an unknown assistant art director and to earn money Brigitte did a lot of photo shooting for women magazine as "Elle" and "Marie Claire" and also for French car constructors as Renault and Simca

Hi Vance,
I have seen the photo before, but yet to determine the chassis number. It is obviously an early build in the US and blue or red in colour. The only two I can put it down to is 550-0019 or 550-0021, but there is no documented accidents during races for those cars. It would be a great find! #39 - 550-12 at the 1954 LeMans.

Very interesting, do you know anything about that car competing this year? Fiberglass or Alloy body? Equipped with 4-cam engine?
