First time I qee this name
I did sole search and found a team Jacques and Pierre Houdusse who finish 26th on a Simca Aronde at the 1956 Tour Auto
Nothing else
I think Jacques had rented this car for the race as it wear a German plate from Stuttgart

At the 12th place a second 356 race number 82 driven nbyn the German pilot Siegfried Gunther

At the 13th place Wolfgang Seidel who was making infidelity to Porsche with a Ferrari race number 94
