550 0131 race number 35 entered and driven by the US guy Ed Hugus with Carel Godin de Beaufort as co driver
This car wore the official US color ie white with a blue stip

Now pictured at the Le Mans Classic 2012 edition 550 0131 race number 33 in 1957

The race was won by 2 Jaguars

Although it was not a factory car, Porsche took the opportunity of this performance to publish a publicity poster to celebrate it
