Real T-6 Roadster or a Chopped-top T-6 Coupester? Looks "real" and some of those were raced in SCCA and later in Vintage. In the '60s, I saw a "T-6" Speedster in the paddock at Lime Rock and really liked the external gas fill. Custom and in a light metallic lime green......
This is always great stuff you guys present! Thanks,
Bruce

Ahh, Frank Wagenhofer at Lime Rock 1959. Note FP on the side as SCCA categorized cars by displacement making we poor MGA people nearly irrelevant. But Sherm Decker could terrorize Carrera's at Lime Rock and Marlboro. Wagenhofer was from Montgomery, NY which happened to have a closed SAC field and held great sports car races from 1957 until 1960. We always found it fun that a guy from a small town that held races was also quite a racer himself.
