In June of 1951 our family returned to the US from Germany on the America. I was about 8 at the time and it was quite an adventure to run all around on that beautiful liner. Sadly she is gone now. We made the crossing in 4 days from Le Harve to New York. Seeing the photo above, makes me wonder if any 356s were shipped on it.
