  • Hello from Germany

    Hello,

    I'm Marcus from Mannheim, Germany.

My hobby is, for sure, Porsche with all its air cooled models. After being driven around by my father in an early 911 targa when I was a baby, this hobby is the logical consequence.

In the last 15-20 years, we have collected and restored 356s, 911, 914/6, 964s and a Diesel Junior. But there's still a lot of work to do beside just keeping them in good condition.

So far some info about me.

I'm looking forward taking part here and having some good new contacts.

    Best regards,
    Marcus

    Hello Marcus,

Thank you for joining us and welcome to our Forum! Your story sounds much the same as mine as we both caught the "Porsche bug" from our fathers. Looking forward to your input and any additional photos or details about your cars both past and present that you might be willing to share. Welcome once again!

WOW! That's quite a collection. From your description all are running, driving vehicles except for the '54 coupe and the 58 speedster? So are you using a donor coupe chassis to bring the speedster back to life?
You have created quite the nice work station from that old Tobacco shed!(nice looking roadster too!) Justin

WOW Marcus! That thing took a hit! Very impressive work on salvaging it. How did the accident happen? I hope no one was injured. Beautiful car once again! Justin

                        Marcus,

Welcome along! No that is really a fantastic looking result on that 356A. Only a small percentage of guys could attempt that. Like the gaps, they tell me a lot.

                        Well done indeed.
