A friends 904 clone

a friends new 904 replica photos. He just went back for a shake down acceptance inspection. He built the engine and trans and provided it to the guys in Indy. The engine was built and run in parallelized and shipped via nightmare trucking. It arrived after having something stacked on top, and all the special 904/6 fiberglass ducts were crushed. Basis engine was ok a little scratched but overall on just fan schrod and intakes velocity stacks.
The schrod and ducts were once natural translucent fiberglass are now painted the the Weber's are powder coated.

that is a kickass looking little car! Always daydreamed of building one with a new LS motor. The Carroll Shelby treatment.
