Ok, looking forward to tomorrow! Goodie bags are ready, food is being cooked tonight and brats ready to go on the grill tomorrow.

Plan on plenty of Porsche conversation to last throughout the day.

The weather man calls for sunny and mid 60's, another December day in SoCal.

oh man, my wings just got clipped for the big party... My dad's coming in tomorrow afternoon instead of on Sunday as was previously planned so I'll have to hang around and wait for him to arrive. I'll miss catching up with all you guys and will plan for the next one. Please share any photos you decide to take of this great yearly tradition. Have a great day tomorrow!

Yesterday, 12/20/2014, Rosemary and I attended, for our second time, the 356th day of the year party at the legendary garage of host Jack Staggs. THANK YOU JACK for a great party. There were lots of cars and people and food. Some fellow woodie owners also attended, one couple with their beautiful C Coupe and another guy with his VW bus - also air cooled and therefore part of Jack's "family."

It was great for me to finally meet Craig Richter and his speedster. Rosemary had the only working camera in our family and I suggested she take pix of all the cars. I think she did. Anyway, thank you dear. All the photos are posted here for those interested:

The bus in the background is owned by the current president of the Southern California Woodie Club - another "cross-over"
