2014 CF Supercar show

Today we went to the CF charities Supercar show in Warminster Pennsylvania. The featured vehicles were exotics. Hot day almost 90 degrees & not any shade so I'm glad I packed my not so easy up tent. What other cars shows do you get a Blackhawk helicopter show up? Forgot my camera sitting on the garage floor so had to settle for cell phone pics, bummer.

Awesome show if you like exotics. Saleen, Ultima, Veyron, Mosler, SSC, plus plenty of Lambos & Ferraris. Pics will come slowly cause it takes so long to upload from my phone.

I'll mix in some Porsche content here. On the way out I spotted this 911 speedster in the spectator lot. Kinda cool & weird all at the same time. Didn't see anyone around so we left without getting any details.

How often do you see one of these driving around at a car show? He won the unofficial burnout contest without trying to hard.






My traveling companion this week was Brian, my son's co-worker in his recently purchased Nissan 240sx with an LS-2 drivetrain. His second gear burnout was a real crowd pleaser. A sleeper until you hear it.

Great shots again Mic! Always been a huge fan of those Ultima's! That is one of the cleanest motor swaps I've seen! I'll bet he surprises people all the time with that Nissan; Nicely done!

Guy said 1100hp in this. Small block, single carb on a tunnel ram with dual shot of nitrous? I think he exaggerated a little but still nice.



Just got the straight axle in & didn't have time to set up the rear suspension yet.

The famed artist Bill Patterson was here doing a "live" painting of the Mosler Raptor. He is the official artist of Laguna Seca. Very cool stuff. The night before they had a black tie gala as this is a fundraiser for CF Charities & his painting auctioned for $6000. You bid, win & he paints your car at the show.

McLaren dealer was here with two cars.



I think that's it. A fun day & glad my son talked me into going. A nice 1.5 hr. ride each way on good roads. Very cool people from all walks of life. Other than the t-bucket mine was the oldest one there. I thought it would be awkward since the show focuses on newer stuff but everyone loved my car.
