Unfortunately the responses that we received were below our minimums for a successful event. We realize that there were many that enjoyed the Emory Campout, but our timing this year gave rise to a lot of conflicts. We hope to bring it back next year, perhaps with different dates and/or location. Thank you for your understanding. See you at Dana Point!

Sorry to hear that Trevor. Was this event to fill the void of the emory campout? Better luck to you guys for next years event.

Yeah Justin, it was a passing of the baton from the Emory Campout. We did it last year with a lot of fun and success. I'm not sure why it didn't quite fill up this year, but we are very lucky in SoCal to have something car related going on almost every weekend.

What was the cut-off RSVP number to be considered a viable meet?

It varies by event, but this year I think we were looking for 30 cars. Maybe next year we'll dial back some of the dinner options. We had a big BBQ dinner planned and that can add expense.

I hear you, getting 30 people on the same page and to show up can be a tall order especially with a newer event. The expense of course is a huge consideration but I'm sure you guys will get it dialed in.
