Since there has been much talk of events lately I thought I would start this up. Post any events, cruises, get to togethers here with of course the details of when & where. Doesn't have to be a 356 specific event but where they would be welcome. It would be nice to meet up with some of you somewhere.

CJVWS/FCW show & shine. http://www.foreigncarwerks.com/show-n-shine.html 7-14-2013 Held at Foreign Car Works 247 W Union Ave, Bound Brook NJ Open to any air-cooled cars. Very laid back. Free (donation jar) hot dogs/hamburgers/soda. About 80 to 100 cars last year, 4 Porsches.

Awesome event, 350 cars last year. One of the best vw shows on the east coast. About a dozen Porsches last year. Camping on site or motel with in 10 minutes. $10 per person per day.

If you have the time and energy for that experiment, that would be great!

Then, post 'rules'..sorry! Justin, you are building a great site. I just read the "rules" again on the Registry site and they sound either unfriendly or telegraph that they had/are having trouble with participants that need strict rules. I hope you never need more than Common Sense for your site's success.

Okay Bruce, I'll get on that this evening. I'm not building a great site; "we" are creating it. My gratitude and thanks to you and all who participate here! I have posted few rules as net in case things go side ways but I believe in moderating with moderation as you probably know.

Doesn't anyone here go to any shows, cruises, get togethers? Are you planning on going to anything or hosting anything like club picnics, BBQs, anything? Post it up so others may attend. Instead of KTF it should be no apathy. Get out & use it.

I was supposed to be at Dana Point last Sunday for the big show where I had plans to blow-off as many cool photos as I could. I had to cancel at the last minute.. I was very depressed last Sunday. I am making a point to begin making it to these semi-local events both in California and Arizona. Justin
