Check those lug nuts you guys! We routinely check them on cars that come through the shop for service. Last year we had a car towed in from Tucson, after a vigorous drive, with an odd noise in the rear end. Guess what? Left rear lugs just slightly backing off. Zero damage, due to the awareness and sensitivity of one very happy owner who stopped his drive short and fetched a trailer.
