Late 50's there was a local Pasadena foreign car repair shop named RayLee's. They kept my first car, a '54 Singer, on the road for cheap. Lee had a hopped-up '55 coupe he called "The Flying Mudpack". Every weekend he was at the local drag strips having fun and kicking american car butt. (There were a lot of drag strips around back then, right next to the many drive-in movie theaters!) Lee was my first Porsche hero, even before I found Roger Bursch. The "Mudpack" looked just like the above.Craig Richter
