Just started restoration - modest upgrades to 356C

Just found this forum and looking for advice/guidance on restoration. We are down to bare metal, nose replacement.

Engine doesn't match, but runs pretty well, so looking to make a completely restored car but will drive for fun . . . . no trailer queen.
