Install new battery box

I'm at the point of welding new floor in the battery box....

Only did I notice that the box is not nice level?
should this be so? .....everything is lining up very nice...but floor is not level..

How much should the floor stick out compared with the nose shell

Be very cautious with the Simonsen battery walls as I have noticed their draw down profile shape is too pronounced and will hang below the front apron too far. I can get a few reference shots of my car for you tomorrow.

Sorry this took so long.


Original battery box assembly with only the center of the floor replaced.



Coming in right about 3 1/2 inches below the bracket mount.
