Red tip (for) Antenna

Please tell me if my antenna looks "original." If so (or not I suppose), is their a source for the red tip itself? Thanks !

Looks like it once had a tip on it Allen. I could have sworn I heard that someone was making these. If not I remember Craig Stevenson years ago making his own out of toothbrush handles. He'd buy those clear red kind, cut it and hand shape a new tip. They came out great.
