  • New Product Ideas, Porsche related

I'm always looking for new product ideas to manufacture, so I thought I would reach out to the group and solicit more.

I have full access to some great equipment that I can use. CNC mill, 3D printer pro quality, CNC router, CNC laser, benders, etc.

Here's a sign that I made to learn the wood router. It can do aluminum sheet metal too.

This is a 20" giant radio delete plate intended to be wall art. Made from MDF.

Here's are some aluminum parts done on the CNC mill for my starter adapter rings.

Here are toe boards cut with CNC. These are readily available, but I can make them exactly like originals every time for less. I plan to make a custom right side toe board with a simple door to access storage area.

    Other ideas include:
karmann floor plugs which you may remember from my SC restoration thread.

wood steering wheels with different designs than what's currently available.

repro red Messko tire guage (just for looks made on 3d printer)

custom late hood handle that isn't so big but utilizes existing hood holes. CNC'd aluminum.

If you have any ideas for hard to source or trick parts, please post them here. If I can make it you can have one
    Thanks,
    Tom

I didn't know you had access to such cutting edge equipment Tom. My wheels are definitely turning now... Nice stuff!
