Fresh Air Vent Pull Assemblies

Hello
who can help with measurement details for fresh air vents for T1/T2
I think about a reproduction.I tried already in different forums
but so far no response. Maybe here I will find some help ??

This is a T1 version vent assembly:



This chrome locking collar changed a little during the T2 run and looked like a large nylock style nut head. You could easily have the operating shaft turned by a machinist but reproducing this internal locking collar might be more expense than its worth. I still see them come up for sale from time to time.

thanks for the reply. But I have an old mechanic who is willing to produce some of these from an aluminium block with his turning machine.
Maybe you can give me the diameter , hight etc.

Here are a few detailed shots Juergen. The chrome Hex-head is 17mm and the overall length is 18mm.







If you can supply your machinist with these pics he should be able to scale them correctly. Hope these help.

Parts have arrived. They look very good. The knobs are not that white as on the photo. They have this brownish beige color like the originals.
