A little help please.
#21 gr for cigar,gas tankk sending,gas gauge,wiper motor. I see the wiper motor bolt but where does other go?

Also how does this relay attach to under dash area?

The closed loop goes to one of the 4 bolts that hold the wiper frame to the chassis. The open loop attaches to the wiper motor. Some motors ground with a bullet connector. The flasher unit bolts through the small hole above the hood release tube. Slot screw through the bakelite, with a nut in the trunk compartment. Year and model of car? Your location?

Lester, attach the open end ground to one of the 3 screws on the top pic at 12, 9, or 6 o'clock.

Hopefully last puzzle; to clock is a bullet connector? And instrument light to far away for "F" wire for illumination bulb. Maybe not original clock?
