Help with a second hand clock

Hey everyone. I have a second hand clock that im thinking about parting with. Its from a 53. Anyone know what these are worth now-a-days?

Hey Jeff,
You might have pulled it out of a '53 but its correct for a 356B/C. I sold one of those for Craig Stevenson about 5 years ago and according to him the Seconds hand sweep is rare. It went for 425.00 back then.

hmmm, after removing the retainer clip there is a 53 and a 6 62 so ya, maybe from a 62. I saw one similar on ebay for a $1000.00 but he may have been shooting for stars.

A grand is Probably on the high side but if yours works and the chrome bezel and face are in nice condition I'd say in the 600.00 neighborhood might be about right...
