            • I'm perhaps spoiling the mood of this thread, but isn't a Speedster with a hardtop like sex with a condom? It takes two people, usually, to put one on and is safer at keeping one dry, but one just doesn't get the same feeling.......

-Bruce Baker, (former owner of 14 various Speedsters over 50 years, none with a hardtop, some daily drivers with no tops at all and three raced.)

                • Took a quick spin & it turned into 1.5 hrs of joy riding. Boy do these cars bring a smile to your face. I could of kept going but work needs to get done. These were taken in Hope, NJ looking west towards Pennsylvania. At the left in the second pic you can see the gap in the mountain. This is the "Delaware water gap" where the Delaware river flows between the mountains. That's about 10 miles as the bird flies.

Beautiful pics, and great roads. Are those really considered as mountains? The Black HILLS of Kentucky have elevations exceeding 4000'.

Funny, Jack. I don't think they compare to our Sierra Nevada, but Rosemary and I having visited all the state highpoints east of the Mississippi can attest that indeed those are mountains (particularly Mount Washington in NH and Katahdin in ME). Mt. Marcy in NY is a long hike too.
