How about some literature that I, for one, had now seen until recently? It was in an A's glovebox with many other rare booklets and the owner, a relative of the original owner, did not know they were there.....but honest me gave them back with the car after service with the admonition that they were somewhat valuable.
Nice find Bruce! I'll bet Charlie White doesn't even have this one.
You must have boxes upon boxes of manuals and literature right? Thanks for posting! Justin
Who else would keep even the first battery guarantee card from when it was first installed at the factory? I was surprised to receive that when I bought my then almost 10 year old car in 1969.
So neat that you still have that old card Roy! I am sure that battery manufacturer no longer exists. Thanks for posting! Let us know what you find Dick! Justin
Justin,
The Porsche shop towel, brochures and 356C I picked up along the way.
The shop towel I got from either NLA or Stoddard.
The brochures I picked up in Jax before I left in April 1965.
The rest came with the car that I have had for 48 years last october.
This is my tool kit-mostly all original tools except for the bag and duck billed screw driver which is a repro.
This pic shows my original bag that I still have and generator nut wrench.
When I show the car the new bag is shown in front of the car along with its C of A.
Dick
