Auction! 1956 Speedster, more pictures added

Some may have already known about this, some not. It's spreading around the internet pretty fast the last few days so I will share what little I know about it.
An aircraft engineer has been collecting these cars over many years and just recently passed away. The cars are located in Wellington Kansas off I-35, 30 miles south of Wichita.
They are taking "a" bid on what car you are interested in up until May 1st...so make sure you bid high if you really want it. I think this is the guy you have to get a hold of for information: Tyler (806)681-0502

The auction is being held for the cars but they are selling what parts are lying around. I saw a picture with a pick up with a 356 hood, deck lid, "B" brakes and a bunch of VW parts. Anything they find for the speedster will be placed inside it.

Here is a set of brakes that I would like to get but not sure yet. I'm supposed to let him know by tomorrow because a bunch of people are stopping by this weekend and they may be gone. The brakes are basically the only other 356 parts laying around.

Hey Mark,
From what I know it's a silent auction. You would have to get a hold of Tyler to get more information about bidding. His number is in my first post, he is the nephew and executor of the estate. I hear bids need to be in by the end of this month. Hope this helps.
