Yes his is absolutely the original, however it has been re-skinned by a company in New Zealand. If you Google Porsche Glockler 3, you will be able to read the full history. When the Wysard's show the car they have a really nice display that gives details. BTW, I've bumped into Herb at a few SoCal events (he wouldn't know me from Adam), but he's always happy to talk about the car and I've seen him let many people crawl all over it to take pictures. I think we are VERY lucky that he displays it and brings it out so often, just think it could be stuck in some car collector's mancave never to be seen since it was purchased at auction.Originally posted by Porschinelle" post=5428So Herbert Wysard number 3 is not the original ?trevorcgates@gmail.com

 1. I'd guess for display only, it sure is cool.
 2. Herb's display gives credit to this company: Tempero Restorations http://www.rodtempero.com/index.html
 3. I don't know if the original #2 still exists. I'm trying to recall a conversation I had with Steve, I don't believe it does, but can't say for certain.trevorcgates@gmail.com
