Thanks GEARZ,
I would like to think I was one of those Cubbies on the trailer behind that Impala Convertible, but the tow car would have most like been a 1941 or so Ford.
RE the pics-I always wondered why I carried that little Instamatic camera on those flights with me-it gave my BN something to do other than calling out altitudes on those steep dives!
MY 1961 Roadster that was my ride to the squadron is still with me today!
More memories!

More of a 'LUCKY PUPPY' Craig that I didn't prang myself on the back end of the ship a few times.
Livin' a dream!
From a High School class of 43 to what I felt was the BIG time.
Never regretted it!

Real American dream kinda stuff, JR. You're a lucky and accomplished guy. Our generation was fortunate, never to be seen again...

COOL Phil,
I have college friends from our time in the early 50s at Western Mich living near me here in VA.
Aerial pics that I took from a RA3B in about 1962 of my home town of Lake Odessa.

The Healey and Sport Fury started together in Ferndale, then Royal Oak where that pic was taken, then Berkley.

FOAMCAR,
It appears to be my home state of MI on those license Plates.
