BUMPER MOUNTS 356 A

should there be a rubber piece were the bumper mount passes through the body? searched every where and can't find any. just fitting my bumpers up and got to thinking there should be something that fills the hole around the mounting bar.

I recall talking to Neil Goldberg and he said there was a rubber, innertube type sleeve. Not sure which years. Anyone have Neil's book handy. May be a pic. The book is bunch of pics of an unmolested A.
