  • WTB: Porsche 356A T2 relay's

    Hello

I'm looking for 2 relay's for my car
    Both should be 6Volt

Light relay = Green - type WHL 6/ST/D
    Horn relay = Black - type WH8/1/St/K

Can anyone help me with these?

    Regards
    Porscheke

Where are they located I looked under my dash and have what looks like the flasher relay. I'm planning to replace all these to modern parts. I'm not concerned to much about originality as this is going to be a driver for my wife. I just don't want her to get a couple hundred miles from home and have some ancient relay go bad, besides it going to be 12 volt.

      Hello Badsix

      This would be great

The relay's that i'm talking about are located at the right (passenger) side under the dash, close to the fuse panel.

      Both should be 6 Volt
There are some variants in these relay's, but I'm looking for these:
Light relay = Green - type WHL 6/ST/D
      Horn relay = Black - type WH8/1/St/K

Normally you can check easy because of color and code is readable when they are instaled

      Note:
The flasher relay is located at the left side

      Looking forward to you answer

      Regards

Bart, good news and bad. my car has them but the green one has lost most of its paint and the other has been changed to one with spade terminals.

i'm having trouble getting pictures from my camera to my computer.it just quit working, i'm going to have a tech come over and look at it next week. I will go out tonight and remove it from the car and see what it looks like. the car only has 60k miles and been stored in a heated shop for about 47 years. what would you be comfortable paying for one and were are you located?
